Wholesale and after-sales rules
1. Replacement handling of damaged fault table
If there is no feedback of damage or malfunction within 7 days after the delivery is signed for, it is assumed that all products are in good condition.
If there are more than 10 accumulated problem tables within 2 months of the order, please contact customer service for exchange. The round-trip postage will be borne by our (seller) side;
If 10 items are not accumulated, the buyer shall be responsible for the exchange postage; Orders exceeding 2 months will not be exchanged.
In order to provide customers with more cost-effective products, with low value and low profit margins, the shipping cost may be higher than the value of the product when the number of watches is small. Please understand.
2. Exchange handling of non faulty tables
When there are non quality issues with the product (including minor defects) that require replacement, the same color or other style can be replaced at the following discounts:
The order will be calculated at a 10% discount on the value of the goods within one month, and the exchange postage will be borne by the buyer;
The order will be calculated at a 20% discount on the value of the goods within 2 months, and the exchange postage will be borne by the buyer;
The order will be calculated at a 70% discount on the value of the goods within 3 months, and the exchange postage will be borne by the buyer.
Orders that exceed 3 months will not undergo after-sales processing.
When the number of exchanges exceeds 500, the exchange quantity exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a clearance style, no return or exchange will be processed.
About Mixed Batch
The delivery of goods is relatively scattered. For orders with one or two styles and multiple styles but few quantities, the ordered styles are too scattered, and it takes a lot of time to find the goods. Therefore, if there is a shortage of colors, the quantity of the same style will be increased or other colors of the same style will be sent as substitutes to make up the total number of orders for shipment. Please be informed.
About Delivery 
Due to the large daily shipment volume, wholesale customers only conduct visual inspections before shipment, which may result in defective products being sandwiched between them. Please follow the first and second items above for replacement processing.
